WE ACCEPT FILES FOR OFFSET PRINTING IN THE FOLLOWING FORMATS:
Illustrator CS3 (.ai or .eps) with all fonts outlined, transparencies flattened and no linked files.
Photoshop CS3 (.psd, .tif or .jpg) with all fonts rasterized.
Acrobat (.pdf) Please ensure your files include bleeds in the settings.
RESOLUTION / COLOUR MODE
All images should be a minimum of 300dpi and in CMYK mode. All images that are lower or in RGB will be rejected.

BORDERS
Please specify what size of a border you would like around your image. If you want your final product to print right to the edges, you must include a 1/8” bleed all the way around. Do not add an outline to an object to create this bleed, it must be part of the art.
Refrain from placing any vital information closer than 1/8” to the edges of the trim marks.
Please be advised, rich blacks are not available with offset printing.
FILE COMPRESSION / UPLOADING
Please clearly name and compress your files prior to sending, or put them on a disk or flash drive and deliver it in person.
PROOFS
You are given the option to view or waive a proof on all orders, either a pdf or a hardcopy. You will only be entitled to reprints or discounts in the event of a print error by us or our suppliers. Colour differences from a pdf proof to the printed product are not eligible for a reprint.
